At
last, an ice cream lolly worth buying. They each weigh
120 grams and are full of flavour, and they are all
made by hand like in the good old days. All seven are
made from scratch, hand-dipped in Valrhona chocolate
(>66% cocoa solids) and wrapped in aluminium foil,
just the way Hans Hansen did it at Hillerød
Dairy in the 1930s. The organic cream is delivered
fresh from the neighbouring Øllingegård
Farm, the crushed praline is made by hand and the ice
cream is produced using Hansen’s original methods.
